1. The partner relationship
You act as an independent business when providing services to your customers. This agreement does not create an employment relationship, agency authority or a right to represent yourself as independently accredited by a registry or registrar.
You are responsible for your own customer pricing, billing, communications and support commitments. Do not advertise a service, feature or integration as available until it has been confirmed for your account.
2. Account information and access
Provide accurate business and account information. Keep login credentials and API credentials confidential, limit access to authorised users and report suspected compromise promptly.
Changes to another person’s domain require their authorisation. Keep records that show the customer’s instructions and the service they ordered.
3. Opening deposits and account credit
The minimum opening deposit is the equivalent of US$50 (US$50 estimated in your selected currency). The opening deposit is credited in full to the account wallet after payment is confirmed; it is prepaid service credit rather than a separate signup fee.
Credit is used to pay for services through the account. It is not a bank deposit, does not earn interest and is not a cash-withdrawal facility. NGN and USD account requirements are separate thresholds, not a promise of exchange-rate equivalence.
Review the Payment Options and Refund Policy before funding. Additional funding may be needed when the balance is insufficient.
Base opening deposit: US$50. Local amounts are estimates only; your account credit remains in USD.

4. Domain orders and customer responsibilities
Check domain names, registrant records, prices and terms before submission. Obtain customer permission to provide the information needed for registration, verification, renewals and transfers.
Your customers must be informed of the relevant domain rules and service terms. Use accurate registrant information and pass on important notices, verification requests and expiry information without unnecessary delay.
5. Integrations and technical access
Confirm module availability, supported versions, available operations and access requirements before integrating WHMCS, Blesta, HostBill or a custom API application. Credentials, documentation and technical arrangements are provided through the appropriate account process.
Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with another account or bypass platform limits. Test integrations carefully before submitting real domain orders.
6. Refund policy
ResellerAfrica does not offer discretionary refunds for completed domain services or withdrawals of prepaid account credit. Unused wallet credit is intended for future service purchases. Changing your mind, stopping your business or moving to another provider does not by itself make the balance refundable.
This policy remains subject to mandatory rights and remedies under applicable law. Incorrect debits, duplicate payments, unauthorised payments and failed operations must be investigated rather than treated automatically as completed, non-refundable services. Read the full Refund Policy.
7. Restrictions and account closure
We may restrict affected services where necessary to address suspected fraud, account compromise, illegal activity, a valid dispute or an applicable registry, registrar or legal requirement. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and the steps needed to resolve the issue.
Account closure does not itself cancel registry obligations or produce a cash refund of unused credit. Any mandatory legal entitlement or correction of an incorrect charge remains unaffected. Contact us to plan any domain transfers and address outstanding transactions.
8. Related documents and changes
The Domain Name Service Agreement, Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy explain additional service rules. Applicable registry and sponsoring registrar requirements continue to govern the relevant domains.
Review updates and contact our team if a term is unclear. No term overrides a mandatory legal right or valid authority’s decision.
