1. Our no-refund policy
ResellerAfrica does not offer discretionary refunds for completed domain services or cash withdrawals of prepaid wallet credit. This policy is subject to any refund or other remedy required by applicable law.
Read this policy before depositing funds or placing an order. Do not fund an account with money that you expect to withdraw later.
2. Completed domain services
Once successfully processed, domain registrations, renewals, transfers and restoration services are non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. This includes an order completed with a spelling mistake or an incorrect extension supplied by you, and a domain you later decide not to use.
Transferring a completed registration elsewhere or cancelling related services does not automatically reverse registry charges or create a refund entitlement.
3. Opening deposits and unused wallet credit
The opening deposit is the equivalent of US$50 (US$50 estimated in your selected currency). It is credited in full as service credit after payment confirmation. It is not a separate registration fee.
Unused wallet credit is intended for future domain service purchases and is not ordinarily withdrawable or refundable. Choosing not to continue reselling does not by itself create a cash-refund entitlement. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
Base opening deposit: US$50. Local amounts are estimates only; your account credit remains in USD.

4. Failed operations and payment discrepancies
If a payment is duplicated, a debit is incorrect, a transaction is unauthorised or a requested domain operation fails, contact us with the invoice number, transaction reference and relevant domain name. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details or secret API keys.
We will review the transaction and operation records and apply any correction or remedy due. A failed operation is not automatically treated as a completed service merely because payment was collected. An amount charged in error must not be retained solely by invoking this policy.
5. Mandatory rights
Nothing in this policy excludes a refund, reversal, correction or other remedy that applicable law requires, or prevents you from raising a legitimate payment dispute or contacting a competent authority.
6. How to raise an issue
Email [email protected] with the subject “Payment review”. Explain what happened and include the relevant reference numbers so we can identify the transaction.
